At Notion Home Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our return and refund policy.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@notionhomestore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@notionhomestore.com within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or credit card provider.
